Used to be a good app

Have to keep reloading app to get it to work right but even then an average of 1 out of every 4 videos will not load no matter if I am on wifi or using data. I actually stopped using app as my primary way to view videos because of this. I understand that the app is free but there are still commercials and advertisements that I have to watch in order to view the videos, so the app should work like its supposed to, especially when the commercials seem to have no problem loading and playing.
